Love all of the staff and how quickly maintenance handles work orders

Very nice place! Very well maintained, great staff, and a great location. Sometimes the parking can be a pain when guests come and take our spots and leave the lot full. But, that’s really my only complaint. Rent could be less expensive. There are luxury apartments on the west side of town that are about $100 more expensive and have more premium features. I feel like if we’re just a tad cheaper, we could have a stainless steel appliances, marble top counters, or updated cabinets. If it was around the $800 to $1,000 a month range, I could understand. Right now, it feels a bit outdated. Although, I do appreciate some of the new paint jobs happening in the units and they look really nice! Maybe I’ll consider moving into one of those. I do like the free gifts we get for signing a new lease! It does help keep some things more up-to-date, so I guess if we can do updates like that, I think the rent is fine. Great security too!

Move in was a very smooth process. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the location! Best Apartments for price and size in Council Bluffs. Look forward to living here for a very long time!

I'm very happy here. The units are very nice and roomy. Management and maintenance are very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. My only concern is the lack of and inconvenient visitor parking. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Highclere to others.

I have no complaints! Maintenance gets taken care of quickly and it’s a very quiet place to live!
